Terence Dillard is a renowned and reputed professional educator having working experience of 20 years in the field of education.  He has been certified as L-6 educational leader and T-5 health and physical educator.  He is an excellent and versatile educator of the modern world who not only emphasizes on academic education but also encourages students to participate in athletics. Terence Dillard has started Male Mentoring Program and Saturday Attendance and Responsibility Workshop Program to provide special training to the male students to enforce strict disciplines and cease the rate of suspecting students.  This program has produced some amazing results and has resulted in the gradual decrease in disciplinary violations and increase in the attendance percentage.

Readiness Performance Index score rise from 60.1 to 82.7 by the School of Banking, Finance, & Investment and from 79.1 to 80.1by Booker T. Washington High School of Early College in addition to eighteen Georgia Hope Scholarship students, three Gates Millennium achievers, six 100 Black Women Scholarship accomplishers, and two Posse receivers are the bright outcomes of Terence’s extraordinary collaborative leadership skills and programs. He was the forerunner in conceptualizing local formal hearings for student discipline and in conducting Official Code of Georgia Discipline Proceedings.
